Imavov, 30, enters the cage on the strength of a four-fight winning streak. The former Thunderstrike Fight League champion last saw action on Feb. 1, when he disposed of Israel Adesanya with punches in the second round of their UFC Fight Night 250 pairing. Operating out of the Venum Training Camp in France, Imavov has secured 11 of his 16 career victories by knockout, technical knockout or submission. On the other side of the ledger, Borralho has rattled off 14 straight wins, seven of them since he joined the UFC roster in 2022. However, the 32-year-old Fighting Nerds standout has not suited up since he outpointed Jared Cannonier to a five-round unanimous decision at UFC on ESPN 62 a little more than a year ago. Borralho has also beaten Paul Craig, Abusupiyan Magomedov, Michal Oleksiejczuk, Makhmud Muradov, Armen Petrosyan and Gadzhi Omargadzhiev inside the Octagon.
The rest of the UFC Fight Night 258 main card—which kicks off on ESPN+ at 3 p.m./12 p.m. PT—features a light heavyweight showcase slotting Modestas Bukauskas opposite Paul Craig, a lightweight tilt matching Bolaji Oki with Mason Jones and a welterweight affair pitting Rhys McKee against Axel Sola. A featherweight confrontation between William Gomis and Robert Ruchala anchors the prelims, which stream to ESPN+ at 12 p.m. ET/9 a.m. PT.
